Accounting Manager – Hong Kong
Role Overview
Join Diacron Business Consulting (HK) Limited as our Accounting Manager, where you’ll lead our accounting and finance team. Your role is pivotal in ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery to our clients, while promoting best practices in accounting, payroll, and compliance.

- Basic Salary: Gross monthly salary of HKD 35,000 – HKD 40,000
- Bonus: Discretionary 13th-month bonus
- Annual Leave: 10 days (negotiable)
- Reports To: General Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Client Service Excellence: Lead Diacron’s team to deliver high-quality services aligned with client agreements, taking ultimate responsibility for meeting expectations.
- Accounting & Compliance Management: Independently oversee a full suite of accounting, treasury, and tax operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Payroll Oversight: Manage payroll processing, ensuring strict adherence to local statutory requirements and compliance.
- Process Optimization: Enhance standards and processes for all statutory filings, maintaining robust procedures that ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Liaison with Authorities & Partners: Act as the primary contact for government bodies, auditors, and tax agents, coordinating with service providers to meet client needs.
- Client Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor on taxation, accounting, banking, and payroll matters, offering reliable guidance to Diacron’s clients.
- Company Secretarial Support: Support company secretarial and administrative functions, ensuring clients’ compliance with corporate governance and local regulations.
- Ethical Leadership: Embody Diacron’s values, acting with the highest integrity and working alongside the General Manager to drive the Company’s growth and performance.
- Team Development: Mentor, guide, and oversee subordinates to foster a stable, efficient, and collaborative accounting department.
- Confidentiality & Data Integrity: Safeguard all proprietary and confidential information, maintaining data security and integrity at all times.

Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or relevant disciplines
- Professional qualification of CPA
- 3 years’ experience at least in a related role
- Good communication and organization skills
- Language: English, Cantonese, Mandarin
