The Budget for 2018 was presented to Parliament by the Chancellor of the Exchequer on 29 October 2018.
The intention to reform the rules for the relief of corporate capital losses from 1 April 2020 was announced.
On 29 October 2018, HMRC launched a consultation on all aspects of the corporate capital loss restriction.
The consultation runs to 25 January 2019.
