The Inland Revenue Department (IRD) has extended the deadline for filing profits tax returns for 2019/20 with Accounting Date Code D (i.e. the accounting date being between 1 December 2019 and 31 December 2019) from 17 August 2020 to 15 September 2020.
The announcement was made in a circular letter to tax representatives issued by the IRD on 14 July 2020. The full details are available here.
