During the framework of the Fourth Session of the Intergovernmental Bulgarian-Turkmenistan Commission for Economic Cooperation, held in Avaza from 10 to 12 August 2019, Bulgaria and Turkmenistan reached a consensus on the swift conclusion of an income and capital tax treaty between them.
