On 4 December 2019, the Ministry of Finance launched the website for county-by-country (CbC) reporting.
Pursuant to Article 3 of the Council of Ministers resolution no. 32 of 2019 concerning the regulation of the submission of reports by multinational enterprises (MNEs), any constituent entity of an MNE group that is resident for tax purposes in the UAE shall notify the competent authority of whether it is the ultimate parent entity or the surrogate parent entity no later than the last day of the reporting fiscal year of such MNE Group.
