The UAE Ministry of Economy (MoE) published online the Economic Substance Regulations (ESR) Notification form. The purpose of this Notification is to provide the Regulatory Authority with certain initial information on the licensee and its activities in the UAE, and is a prerequisite to filing an ESR return for the Reportable Period (where required).

• Dubai Airport Free Zone: 31^st May 2020
• Dubai Development Authority: 30^th June 2020
• Dubai Health Care City: 30^th June 2020
• Dubai International Financial Centre: 30^th June 2020
• Dubai Multi Commodities Centre: 30^th June 2020
• Dubai South: 23^rd June 2020
• Dubai World Trade Centre: 30^th June 2020
• Masdar City Free Zone: 28^th June 2020
• Ministry of Economy: 30^th June 2020
• Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi: 30^th June 2020
