Federal Council adopts amendments to Federal Act and Ordinance on International Automatic Exchange of Information in Tax Matters

On 20 November 2019, the Swiss Federal Council adopted the dispatch on the revision of the Federal Act and Ordinance on the International Automatic Exchange of Information in Tax Matters (AEOI) in order to implement recommendations of the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes (Global Forum).
